Researchers at Beijing University of Chemical Technology and BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. have developed a novel transparent organic–inorganic hybrid photoresist with highly tunable refractive index. This breakthrough in tunable optical materials demonstrates potential applications in fabricating micro- and nano-structured optical components for optoelectronic display device.
