Many Gen Zers and millennials today are forced to rent (or live with their parents) because of the sheer cost of buying a house—and the lucky few who did get on the housing ladder are now stuck in their starter home sweet home. Baby’s first home has some staying power, not unlike Fisher Prices’ other non-biodegradable heirlooms, according to new research by Edelman Financial Engines.
