Terahertz flexible multiplexing chip enabled by synthetic topological phase transitions - EurekAlert

Recently, a Chinese team of scientists explored the coupling of topological heterogeneous valley Hall photonic crystals, and by changing the coupling state, they created an all-silicon flexible multiplexing device that operates at terahertz frequencies. The National Science Review (NSR) released the related study findings titled "Terahertz Flexible Multiplexing Chip Enabled by Synthetic Topological Phase Transitions".
