Suppressing non-Hermitian effects via “fake” magnetic fields - EurekAlert

In a paper published in Science Bulletin, an international team of physicists from Singapore and Hong Kong present the suppression of non-Hermitian effects on the boundary via pseudomagnetic field. It serves as a promising platform for localization control in non-Hermitian systems, especially classical wave devices that are insensitive to real magnetic fields.
