Scientists develop innovative maleic acid-treated bacterial cellulose gel enhancing bone repair - EurekAlert
The scientists carried out a comprehensive and systematic study on the treatment of BC with different volumes of maleic acid solution and constructed a gel with good printable performance and promoting bone repair ability. This work provided valuable insights into the potential application of MA-BC dispersions in bone tissue engineering, particularly in facilitating proliferation and differentiation of osteocyte.
