RNA splicing's spotters - EurekAlert


RNA splicing is a heavy lift, but our cells make it look easy. New research from CSHL Professor Adrian Krainer may help explain how. Krainer’s latest study reveals a previously unseen link between two important regulator proteins, SRFS1 and DDX23. The research suggests SRSF1 might help DDX23 get in shape to promote RNA splicing.
