Paleontologists Identify Three New Species of Fossil Thylacines


Paleontologists have unearthed the fossilized remains of three new species in the thylacinid genera Badjcinus, Nimbacinus, and Ngamalacinus in the Upper Oligocene deposits of the Riversleigh World Heritage Area, northwestern Queensland, Australia.
