Novel flexible perovskite/silicon tandem solar cell achieves record efficiency - EurekAlert
In a paper published in Science Bulletin, Prof. YE Jichun's team from the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering (NIMTE) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) demonstrated the first flexible perovskite/silicon tandem solar cell, constructed using flexible ultrathin nanostructured silicon, boasting remarkable efficiency and an impressive power-to-weight ratio.
