New Indiana Organic Network to engage farmers in statewide soil health census - EurekAlert
<p>A Purdue University interdisciplinary team is organizing a network of organic farmers to improve soil health.</p> <p>The effort will establish the Indiana Organic Network (ION) as part of a statewide initiative to assess soil health at regional and farm scales. The project is supported by a grant of nearly $1 million from the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture.</p>
