Motherhood at 74: World’s Oldest Known Wild Bird Lays Egg


The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced on Tuesday that Wisdom, a 74-year-old Laysan albatross, had laid an egg at Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge at the northwestern edge of the Hawaiian Archipelago.
