Materiobiology: revolutionizing aging bone regeneration material development - EurekAlert

In a paper published in the National Science Review, scientists have proposed a new process for developing biomaterials for aging bone regeneration from the perspective of materiobiology. This process involves vital disordered biological functions screening, artificial intelligence-aided materials 'elements' selection, in vitro high-throughput fabrication and evaluation, and in vivo verification for clinical translation. Researchers across disciplines are urged to collaborate extensively in materiobiology, broadening its research horizons to enhance the integration of materials and biology.
