Investigating failure mechanisms of solid electrolyte interphase in silicon particles - EurekAlert


Based on the electrochemical-mechanical coupling model, the SEI, which is even difficult to observe at the experimental level, has been simulated and studied. The results guide the electrode and interphase design and give recommendations for cell operation with high SEI stability.
