High-fidelity model for designing efficient thermal management surfaces - EurekAlert
<p>In a paper published in National Science Review, a team of scientists led by Professor Ronggui Yang from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, China, developed a new model for designing efficient thermal management surface. Various micro-structured surfaces are being used by researchers worldwide to enhance heat dissipation capability of high-power electronics. The work by Yang et al can help further understanding fundamental mechanisms of phase-change heat transfer and designing more efficient thermal management solutions.</p>
