Ukrainian Oleg Kutkov bought a Starlink terminal back in 2021 "just to see what's inside." Months later, in Kyiv during the Russian invasion, his terminal became critically important. He got it running and started a Facebook group to help thousands of others as "non official Starlink tech support"
