Frozen Planet II

Frozen Planet II is a forthcoming 2022 British nature documentary series co-produced by the BBC and The Open University as a sequel to Frozen Planet, which was broadcast in 2011. The series is to be presented and narrated by Sir David Attenborough with the main theme music composed by Hans Zimmer. It was filmed by the BBC Natural History Unit. The production team, which includes executive producer Mark Brownlow and series producer Elizabeth White, were previously responsible for the award-winning series Blue Planet II. It will be distributed under licence by the BBC in other countries; BBC America for North America, ZDF for Germany, France Télévisions for France, Migu Video for China, Friday! for Russia, Mediaset for Italy, KBS for South Korea, and the Nine Network for Austrlalia.
