The Quadrantid meteor shower, one of winter's best shows, peaks late tonight (Jan. 3). However, the best time to view the shower is a few hours before sunrise tomorrow morning (Jan. 4) after the Moon has set. The shower's zenithal hourly rate is expected to be about 110 meteors per hour.
