Common Energy Drink Additive Could Be Fueling Growth in Leukemia


Taurine is an amino acid occurring naturally in the body, and found in energy drinks as well as foods like fish and meat – and while it has certain benefits for the body, a new study suggests it's also an important fuel source for driving cancers such as leukemia.
