Astronomers have confirmed the existence of so-called “cotton candy” planets: Jupiter-size worlds that are remarkably lightweight. Much less dense than Saturn, which famously floats in a bathtub. But WASP-107b is unique. Extremely puffy, but with a tiny core smaller than science thought possible.
