AmproCode: an unprecedent amplifiable protein - EurekAlert

In a recent paper published in National Science Review, researchers developed a new amplifiable protein identification method called AmproCode, which integrated residue-resolved DNA barcoding, quantitative amplification, composition code counting, database searching and computational simulation together. By transferring proteins into amplifiable molecules, AmproCode may pave a new way towards the next-generation protein sequencing techniques.
