18-Year Study: Americans Are Eating More Ultra-Processed Foods

The FDA released new sodium targets aimed at food companies to cut the amount of salt in processed & prepared foods. They are intended to reduce Americans' sodium intake by ~12% over the next 2 1/2 years. This reduction could have big public health benefits, says the FDA's acting commissioner.
